Making use of the good adhesive property of PE and PP at molten state, the laminating machine adheres and laminates paper or color printed OPP and CPP film to the woven fabric roll under pressure. After cutting-off and sewing, the laminated fabric roll can be made into paper and plastic laminated or color printed packaging woven bags.
The laminating machine can also coat the molten PE and PP film onto woven bags directly to get laminated woven bags.

Configuration Advantages of the OPP and CPP Laminating Machine
1. The OPP and CPP laminating machine is designed with a helical gear reducer made using 20CrMnTi alloy steel, and its screw and cylinder are made using nitrided 38CrMoAlA alloy steel. This ensures strong strength and long service life.
2. With automatic temperature control system, the laminating machine can adjust the melting temperature conveniently. The laminating width is also adjustable. Meanwhile, the lamination machine comes with a stepless speed control system to control the coating thickness and laminating speed. These ensure convenient equipment operation.
3. The laminating machine has six material feeding stations. The material feeding unit comes with a pneumatic-hydraulic material position correction system to ensure coating accuracy. The pneumatic rollers are adopted to ensure uniform pressure force.
4. The OPP and CPP laminating machine also has automatic meter counter, perforator, edge-folding unit, cutting-off unit and rewinding unit.
