This high speed plastic recycling granulator is designed to recycle plastic materials and then makes the recycled materials into granules that can be used as raw materials again. It can be used for recycling PP and PE plastic materials for example.
The helical gear reducer of the plastic recycling granulator is made using 20CrMnTi alloy steel, and the screw and material cylinder are made using nitrided 38CrMoA1A alloy steel, which provides the granulating machine with long service life.
Our high speed plastic recycling granulator is mainly composed of main and secondary extruders, water tank, and alloy rotary cutter. Air blowing drying unit is also optional.
